Electroplating filters are indispensable in many industrial productions, but do you really know the wrong use of electroplating filters?
1: The greater the spring compression, the better the sealing effect will be? Of course not, too much spring compression will lead to too much friction, causing rapid wear and even instant burnout. Excessive compression will cause the spring to lose the ability to adjust the end face of the moving ring and cause seal failure.
2: Is the tighter the moving ring sealing ring, the better? If the dynamic sealing ring is too tight, it will only cause damage to the electroplating filter. First, it will increase the wear between the sealing ring and the shaft sleeve, which will lead to premature leakage; second, it will increase the resistance of the axial adjustment movement of the dynamic ring; When the working condition changes frequently, there is no way to adjust it in time; the third is that the spring will be damaged if it is overused, and the deformation of the moving ring sealing ring will affect the sealing effect.
3: The tighter the static ring seal, the better? The static ring seal is generally in a static state, but it does not mean that it can be made too tight. Too tight will deform the static ring seal and affect the sealing effect. In addition, the material of the static ring is mostly graphite, so it is relatively fragile.
4: Is the new electroplating filter necessarily better than the old electroplating filter? In reality, the new electroplating filter is indeed better than the old electroplating filter, but the material and quality of the new electroplating filter must be selected to bring better results. The static ring of the old electroplating filter is in a long-term static state in the static ring seat, which promotes the deposition of polymers and impurities into one, thus achieving a better sealing effect.
The above are some wrong ways to use the electroplating filter.
